Christmas Adam

My family came this weekend to our house for Christmas. We had a lot of fun. I cooked a ham and a Turkey and Mom helped me with all of the sides and desserts! We got to spend time with my older stepbrother (Jonathan) and his wife (Lauren) and children(Taylor-3,Blake 5mo). It was such a blessing to see them. Jeremy brought his girlfriend Julie and Jen came from TN. We all went out to Eagles Nest (Mom and Dougs 50acres in Bedford VA). We rode 4wheelers and then returned to my house to open gifts. Taylor named her new babydoll baby Jesus! and the pickle ornament (that we hide in the tree) was found by Lauren, who got the special pickle gift. Now next year she gets to hide the pickle ornament and provide the special pickle gift. We stayed up late spending quality time together and took pictures this morning. (they are attached). Also we had a board game tournament with Julie, Jeremy, Jen, me and Mom and Doug. We played Catch Phrase, Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader (we aren't), and Scene It. It was a lot of fun. Right now I am watching the Redskins beat the Vikings. It is half time and we are winning 22-0 :) Oh how I wish Ben were on the couch next to me so that I could rub it in! This week I plan to visit my grandparents, aunts and uncles, and Dad and Kathy. Jen will be spending the week with me and I will fly to IL to spend New Years with the Melins:) in Lynnae and Terrys new home. And I plan to watch the Redskins beat the Cowboys next Sunday! We will be taking pictures of Ben's gifts and sending him individually wrapped pictures. Se even if he has Christmas a month late, he will still have Christmas.
